Registration fee The registration fee for participants includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, entrance to the exhibition, all congress material, daily tea/coffee, shuttle to the venue, welcome cocktail and certificate of attendance. Payment The total amount as calculated on the registration must be paid by credit card, when the registration is submitted. As from 3 weeks before the meeting we only accept credit card as payment. Registrations will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment. Admission to the Meeting is granted only if Congrex has received payment of the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the meeting. Failure to produce this upon request gives Congrex the right to deny admission to any meeting sessions. Cancellation Cancellation of registration: If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Cancellation for registration will be accepted until April 30, 2010 and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of Euro 100. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after April 30, 2010.
