Late Breaking News Abstracts
Submission is now open for Late-Breaking News Abstracts to be presented at XII ICNMD. The deadline for submitting these Abstracts is May 31, 2010. The accepted Late-Breaking News Abstracts will be designated for either Platform or Poster Presentation. They will not be able to be published in Acta Myologica with the regular abstracts, but they will be printed in a handout distributed at the Meeting and published in Acta Myologica at the later date.
The presenting author must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee when submitting the abstract.
If the abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded.
Please note that the deadline for early registration is March 31, 2010.
Submission Instructions
- Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than March 1, 2010. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
- Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at: icnmd2010.abstract@congrex.com
- Notification on acceptance/rejection of the abstracts will be e-mailed end of march 2010.
- The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Maximum approximately 250 words / 1 750 characters (including spaces and excluding title and contact information on authors).
- It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author, if accepted.
- Presenters of abstracts must register for the ICNMD 2010 congress and pay the registration fee for attendance at the scientific sessions.
- The presenting author has access to an On-line Personal Page. The author can read and print the abstract and make changes until submission deadline. A unique user id and password for access will be included in the e-mail sent upon submission.
- Please note that only two abstracts per presenting author is allowed.
